Now, it’s time to fulfill another promise I made in my update from a month ago. And on top of that, all subscribers to my website will get an exclusive first look at the cover art before it goes on sale later this week–and before anyone else on any other social media I make will see it! I’m not even posting this to my other socials. You gotta be here and be in the know to see this this early.
I promised that the cover art for Dragonkin was being updated to something more in line with my original vision.
When I first started publishing my books, I decided to save costs by doing cover art myself. I’ve always been a bit of a DIY guy, and cover art was no different. Unfortunately, I wasn’t…the best at it. It was serviceable, for certain, but not what I really wanted.
Well, how fortuitous that, five years after I originally published Dragonkin, I have finally found an artist to produce cover art befitting what I had imagined in my head. If anyone asks, I’m doing this for the 5th anniversary of the book.
Without further ado, see below for the art produced by Kateryna Vitkovska (linked below if you’re interested in her art!)If you’re interested in Kateryna’s work, or would like to commission her for yourself, see below for links to where you can get in touch with her or follow her on social media!

These new FINAL editions of Dragonkin will be available for purchase where books are sold starting this coming Friday, July 10th.
For anyone who is local to Ontario, where I am, I’ll have some updates soon on where you can not only purchase physical copies of my book from local brick and mortar bookstores, but also future in-person meet and greet opportunities!
