The Chronicles of Enayra
Dragonkin. Khaleeshir. Drazhani-ad-Khaleesh. Blood of Dragons. Many names have been given to the five human-dragon pairings bound by blood, with their souls and minds magically unified in the pursuit of peace between humans and dragons in Enayra.
For 386 years theses heroes kept the peace, with the Sacred Order of the Knights of Darond at their beck and call, to aide them in their mission, until they were felled in battle by the black dragon Tenebrae, in pursuit of peace for all Enayra.
Though peace was won, humans and dragons hve drifted further apart in the aftermath of Tenebrae’s destructive war, and the dragons themselves have dwindled and diminished.
A thousand years later, five teens from a small village in the Kingdom of Altimara discover a secret clutch of five dragon eggs hidden away from the world.
Upon taking the eggs, the five discover they have been chosen–or rather they have chosen–to become the next Dragonkin.
How will they answer the call?
